"Your account has been inactive for more than 3 months"

I am trying to log back into a business account that I no longer have access to the email address. Long story short, a business partner tried to destroy the business, committed fraud, etc.

He shut down our google email accounts, so we no longer have any access to the emails used for login. How can we switch emails for the website to gain access and relaunch?

Who can we talk with? It is VERY hard to even gain access to support. We have to make a new store just to be able to post here.

That sounds like a frustrating situation. Rest assured, Shopify can help with this. Since you’re not able to log in to your account, the request will need to be escalated to Shopify’s Accounts team who can manually verify the store, then update the email we have on file.

To behind this progress, you’ll need to navigate to Help Center, manually search your question/issue, then select “continue” at the bottom of the page that displays the search results. As you do not have access to your store, you’ll select the option to continue to support without logging in if prompted.
