i purchased my domain from shopify admin panel and got this error , can you help me please ?

This article discusses how to use your own Cloudflare account (ie. proxy) when your SasS provider (ie. Shopify) already uses Cloudflare.
There are 2 common reasons:

If you have a cloudflare account, the DNS setting for A or CName record have proxy enabled. Just go in to DNS management and disable.

Your cloudflare account is banned or has a billing issue. Open a cloudflare ticket and ask them to fix
Sometimes your provider in the backend uses cloudflare so open a ticket with them as well
