I am facing the exact same issue. All settings are as per shopify guidelines. And suddenly this error is coming since the past 2 days. Is your domain a .pk domain?

Facing some issue here. All of a sudden, after 2 years with the same DNS configuration I got this error.

I got the same error message after 2 years of starting the service. The website is still working fine while Shopify sending out error messages past 2 days. No idea how to fix this either. Looking for help as well.
