I have a shop set up in 4 languages. So far, everything works like a charm. The only thing that customers don’t receive in their selected language is the email “Your downloads are ready” sent by delivery@shopify.com, which carries the download link of the purchased mp3-file.
I’m using the “Label” - Theme, but I don’t think it is a theme specific thing though…
Is there a way to have these emails sent in the same language as the shop is translated to? Can’t find it in “translate & adapt”…
There is a similar discussion below - basically Shopify doesn’t support this out of the box (at least for now), you have to use an external app or try customising the code yourself.

I have the same issue. I would like to translate the “Download ready” template. Indeed, this email does carry the links of the purchased files, as @Dan_NY said and this email does not look very professional. Did you find a solution to have this content translated?
