"Your Facebook Commerce Account wasn't approved."

Hey! I’m trying to get approved for Instagram Shopping, however as I’m going through the setup I get this message under the Facebook Commerce Account section.

I’ve clicked the Request review from Facebook button and it just brings me to my Commerce Account Issues page, which shows zero issues as well as no options to contact Facebook. Has anyone experience the same issue and/or known how to fix it?

When it comes to the Facebook Commerce account, the approval process is entirely on Facebook’s end, and unfortunately over at Shopify we have no influence over which accounts are ultimately approved.
However, you have already taken the right steps in trying to appeal.

You mentioned that when you try to appeal you are brought to your Commerce Account Issues page but you don’t see the issue there, - is that the case when you try it on a different browser as well? Before you go to try and re-appeal, could you try to clear your cache and cookies on your Google Chrome browser following these steps here?

If after trying the above you’re still seeing nothing, please include a screenshot in your next reply of what does show just so I can take a closer look.

Just in case, do also review Facebook’s Commerce Eligibility Requirements as they might give you an indication as to what you can change to fix this.
