Your first Shopify payments transaction was at least 90 days ago?

Can anyone tell me what this means please as this is stopping me from being active.

It is one of the requirements under Merchant guidelines.

Thanks

Cheryl

Hi, @Chez1981 .

Thanks for sharing your question within the community! I’d love to hear more about what kind of store you have and what type of products you sell?

I completely understand how important it is to have Shopping enabled on your store. Within our Shop Merchant Guidelines, one of the requirements from the list is Your first Shopify Payments transaction was at least 90 days ago. This means that your first Shopify Payments transaction must hit the 90 days in order to have Shopping enabled.

Once your first Shopify Payments transaction reaches the 90 days and your store meets the Shop Merchant Guidelines requirements, Shopping will be enabled on your store. In the meantime, your customers can still take advantage of viewing order tracking, recent orders and seeing the available contact information for your store on the Shop app.

I would like to advise that if your store does not meet the Shop Merchant Guidelines, it will only affect your store’s visibility and Shoppable status within the Shop app. It will not affect your customers from checking out on your store using Shop Pay and Shop Pay Installments.
