I’m really hoping someone from Shopify or someone who has experienced this can help me.
I’ve tried everything to verify my identity. I’ve attempted the verification process more than 10 times, using different identity documents and following all the instructions carefully, but I keep getting the same message:
“Your identity couldn’t be verified. Please try another document.”
At this point, I don’t know what else to do. I have already contacted Shopify, but I urgently need a manual review of my identity verification.
My store is indoorgolfmarket.net, and I’ve invested a huge amount of time, effort, and money into building this business. It’s incredibly frustrating to be blocked because the automated verification system keeps rejecting my documents.
If anyone from Shopify Support or the Risk Operations team sees this, I would be extremely grateful if you could escalate my case and arrange a manual review. I am happy to provide any additional documents or information needed to verify my identity.
If anyone in the community has gone through the same issue and managed to solve it, please let me know what worked.
