Usually, we see this error occur when a staff member is logged into the store and does not have access to have access to Reports - read_reports.
Are you a staff member or logged in as a staff member and not the account owner? The account owner would need to grant Reports access to the staff member in this case in order to be able to view the Analytics. If you need to update this Dan, you can check out our Shopify help doc here on assigning staff permissions or share with the account owner, as they are the only one who can make these changes.
Aside from that, how is everything on the store going? Have you some preparations made for BCFM?
