There shouldn’t be any problems with customers using a discount code for 80% off. However, it’s possible that there’s an issue with their saved cart. We’d recommend asking the customer to clear their browser’s caches and then try putting the cart together again. Alternatively, they can also try checking out using a different browser or device. If the issue continues to persist, then it looks like we’ll need to access your account in order to get a closer look at their abandoned cart.
