My payouts have been on hold for over a week now my ticket number is 46911460, this is directly holding up my business, I have been in contact with live support every day morning and evening and there is no eta or timeline, I need to know when this will be available asap please.
Shopify Support now reached out to me after 11 days of bothering them morning and night and said it will be fixed tomorrow … stay tuned
Any update? Have had my shop funds on hold as well since May and all my tickets have been ghosted…
