Ive had no payments from my shopify account for over 3 months now and when contacting support just get fobbed off saying theyre not the correct department, ive emailed risk-management@shopify.com filling out the documents
Im selling second hand phones so assume theyre worried they are counterfeit but they are clearly second hand and have all the documents to prove so.
If anyone can give me an update here itll be greatly appreciated as im getting no response over email and live chat is useless as its not the correct department to deal with it
