Your Shopify Payments account is on hold
Your store can’t accept new orders with Shopify Payments.

Where are you seeing this message, and are you given any steps that you need to take to have this looked into? Otherwise, have you received any emails from us regarding your Shopify Payments?
There are instances where you might see an option to submit documents - if you’re seeing this but you are not sure how to do this, please send me a screenshot and I will be happy to try and guide you from there!
If you have not seen such an option or received any emails, please reach out to us following this link here so that we can take a closer look at this for you. The reason I am redirecting you to that link is because at the moment I don’t have the ability to look into your account via the Shopify Community.
