Your Shopify Payments while we review your account

Hello, I just finished building my store recently and enabled Shopify Payments today in order to set up my payouts for the business. However, I have yet to make a sale or launch the store and I have received the message below in the image. I am a bit confused is this normal? Also, my ticket number is 25395383.

When setting up Shopify Payments, they do verify supporting information. Hold on a bit, you should hear from them shortly.

I’m confused I was logged in when I contacted and sent in a support ticket and I am currently logged in at the moment.
