We just received this email that our payment is on hold and we can’t accept orders , on the other hand, a Shopify risk team emailed us and we follow the link stated in the email. Then we received a copy of the attestation, my question is, when will the store go back to its regular operation to receive payments without being on hold? What is the time frame? Its been 24hrs since we requested to follow up.

It really depends, if you follow their direction in the email and provide the necessary documents (if asked), then it shouldn’t take long when they reach out with the decision. Some stores get restrictions lifted in a few days, while others take longer.
But in the meantime, it’s maybe a good idea to set up an alternative payment option, e.g. PayPay.
