I have embedded a youtube video on this page (https://aramse.coffee/products/sofi) using the Shopify video module and while it works on Chrome it play with a white screen and audio only on Safari (version 17.5). I’ve tried everything from clearing cache, cookies and deleting all website data but not luck. I have got it to play on Safari a couple of times but it was totally random and I can’t repeat it. Any idea the issue could be?

Similar to the above poster, I took the time to test out your website link and the product page to see if the video would load for me using Safari. I was able to load the video on the product page on Safari with no issues.
Perhaps the device you’re testing on isn’t using the most up-to-date version of Safari? Check to see if there’s an update pending for Safari, and if there is download it. Then, see if your video loads as expected.
