Hi Shopify Community,
I’m experiencing an issue with the Zendesk chat widget on my Shopify store. Despite removing all Zendesk-related code from my theme files, disabling the widget in the Zendesk app settings, and also disabling it in the Shopify app settings, the Zendesk widget still loads on my site.
After investigating, it seems the widget is being injected dynamically via Shopify’s CDN. This is causing conflicts with my custom chat widget, which I’ve added to the site.
I’d appreciate any guidance on how to completely stop the Zendesk widget from loading.
