I have been selling online since 1994 (yes, I am that old). My first ecommerce website featured a computer configurator. Over nearly three decades, I’ve seen the e-commerce world transform in ways I couldn’t have imagined. This journey inspired me to create ContentBasis, an AI-powered content engine tailored for Shopify stores and other e-commerce platforms. We merge cutting-edge technology with human expertise to enhance digital footprints and elevate customer experiences.

I have been recognized as a Magento Master for five consecutive years for my contributions to the Magento community and for delivering exceptional projects.

Sharing knowledge is a passion of mine. As a podcast host and global speaker, I discuss e-commerce development, project management, and customer experience. I am an active Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) member and a passionate endurance athlete, having completed 28 marathons, 6 majors, an ultra marathon, and an Ironman. The determination I bring to my athletic pursuits mirrors my dedication to the e-commerce industry.

Outside of e-commerce, I explore my creativity through my #JackRussell Art Project on Instagram and the #FreeJokeProject on TikTok. I am always looking for a creative outlet.
