Before Shopify I spent four years running a loyalty platform for brick-and-mortar shops, so most of what I know about repeat customers comes from physical retail rather than ecommerce. Still learning this side of it.

Here mostly to ask merchants questions and to answer what I can about loyalty programs, points and cart recovery. Happy to talk in English or Spanish.
