Most inventory tools solve one piece of the problem:
forecasting, purchase orders, or inventory sync.

In practice, the real challenge is connecting the full flow:
forecast → purchase → receiving → inventory → COGS → finance

That gap is where teams end up:
– reconciling spreadsheets
– fixing inventory vs accounting mismatches
– dealing with stockouts or overstock despite “good forecasts”

Currently working on:
• zero-data-entry ingestion (email, PDFs, EDI → system)
• real-time inventory + finance alignment (COGS, GL)
• AI-assisted decisioning (not just dashboards)

Background in supply chain, data platforms, and scaling systems at companies like Roku & Twilio.
