I’m Sam Wen, founder of XInfer.AI. We make an AI assistant for Shopify stores that answers customers by chat, voice, phone and SMS, using the store’s own products and policies.
I’m here to learn what merchants and the developers who work with them need from an assistant like this, and to answer questions about ours.
