Most of my work is order questions, returns and sizing — plus the boring parts behind them: connecting two systems that don’t talk to each other, and cleaning up records before a migration.

One I can put a number on: a retailer selling live birds. The agent handles the order questions and escalates delays to staff instead of guessing. 60 hours of staff time back over a year of running — about a month back in the shop.
