I have been working in ecommerce operations for the past few years, primarily focused on helping multichannel brands manage the complexity that comes with selling across Shopify, Amazon, eBay and Walmart simultaneously.
Most of my work revolves around the operational layer of ecommerce inventory sync, order management, fulfillment workflows and the infrastructure decisions that determine whether a brand scales cleanly or breaks under load.
I spend a lot of time in the Shopify ecosystem and have seen firsthand how quickly operations fall apart when brands add a second or third channel without the right systems in place. Overselling, sync failures, order routing errors - these are problems that show up quietly and cost brands significantly before anyone notices the root cause.
Currently building in the multichannel OMS space and always happy to talk about ecommerce operations, fulfillment strategy and anything related to scaling multichannel selling.
