Can I retroactively calculate sales tax after setting it up?

Hi there, I've made a small mistake... I've registered to collect sales tax and also got accepted for it. But I changed the settings within Shopify only a while after I got accepted...

So there is no sales tax collected for the amount before I've set it up within Shopify.

Is there something to calculate the sales tax for that period?
