How can we change our locked payment method?

We need to update our payment type but the billing screen is not available or locked us out. How can we get the access to make the modification?

With regards to this inquiry, are you referring to the billing screen to change your payment type (credit card/banking info) for the subscription fees for your Shopify store or something else? Any information that you can share on your end will help us get a better understanding of your situation to assist you accordingly.

It should also be noted that such changes typically come from the account owner profile so if this part of the settings are blocked, this could also mean the account in question does not have access to make these changes.
