How to set up Shopify Payment if company is registered in a foreign country?

Hello guys,

my question is tax related which is that in some countries there are lower tax rates. To use that opportunity I would like to register a company in lower tax rate European country but make most sales to USA, Canada & UK. My question is, how do I then provide these countries' popular payment gateways such as Shopify Payment, Stripe. Is it possible to register my shop as if it was from UK for instance but the company is based overseas? If so, how?

Clarification: I have an address in the UK as well as bank account which supports direct debit.
