Invoices for stripe payment

We are filing our year end accounts and have noticed there is no invoice for stripe payments.

I have looked at the https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/payments/shopify-payments page and it says there should be a button marked "documents" - this button is not on the shopify payments section.

Please advise
