our bank account information is showing incorrectly but we are not able to change it. please help

I'm sorry to hear your bank details are incorrect, we can certainly get that fixed for you.
I sent an email to the account owner email address. If you can reply to that, you will then be authenticated and I can escalate to our Account Integrity team for you.
