Pennsylvania State Taxes for Clothing

I’m located in Pennsylvania, and my shop is currently set-up to charge taxes here. The thing is, I believe most clothing is supposed to be free of taxes here but it has automatically charged it anyways. My orders do not appear to be charging taxes for any other state and I don’t know how to adjust these settings. Thanks!

I think you will want to leave taxes on so that it collects if you hit nexus in other states.  The work around that should work is creating a collection for a product override of taxes.  Put the clothes in the collection and set the tax rate to 0%.
