Why are some sales showing as 'blank' in my report?

I'm trying to figure out the dollar amount for sales out of state so I ran a sales report.  There are quite a few transactions that show up as "blank" and are throwing off my number.  I thought it was because some of the orders didn't require shipping but upon further inspection that's not the case.  Some of them don't even show a total for the order.  When I go into Shopify and look at the actual order I see the total, it says paid and fulfilled but it still show blank on my report. What could the problem be?
