Why doesn't my bank account name match with the account number?

I never change my bank account, but this error happen said the account name is not match with our account number.

Hello, @LifeInMotion

I cannot see which error you are referring to - are you able to attach a screenshot of the error you are seeing? You mentioned the account name does not match the number - are you using the Shopify and bank account owner's full, legal name?

In this case, I would advise the store account owner reaches out to our live support team as they will have access to your account and are best placed to advise you on the best next steps to take.

Your payouts can’t be deposited because the name of the bank account holder doesn’t match the name registered with your bank. To receive your payouts, update the bank account holder name.

 

In November 2022 we still can collect the auto payment, but this month can't collect it and show the above message.

We cannot update my bank account;  I don't know what is the happen; we never changed the bank account information that your system requested us to update the bank information.  Please help to solve our difficulty.

Have you tried reaching out to our live support team regarding this? They will be able to access your account information and can advise you on the best next steps to take to resolve this issue. As there is no secure way for me to access accounts here on the Community Forums, I have no way to see any information relating to this problem.
