Welcome to the Table of Contents for the Messenger Channel. Here you'll find the settings for all permission related errors to successfully connect the Messenger channel to your Shopify store.

 

If you are using Facebook & Instagram, it is likely that your permissions are already set correctly. If you experience any issues during onboarding to the Messenger Channel, or you are not using Facebook & Instagram, please review each thread to ensure you have the required permissions setup in your Business Manager before reaching out to our Support teams as incorrect permissions are the most common reason for not being able to connect the Messenger Channel successfully.
