How can I fix the DSers order placement issue?

I have an order from my store that shows up on DSers but is saying "You need to map the products to let DSers know which supplier you are working with before you bulk order." It is only 1 item.

 

Also have this message on the order "This product had been deleted in Shopify"

 

The item is showing up on in my store, and on my products page in Admin.

 

How do I get this order to ship?

Thanks for posting to the Shopify Community.

 

If you are seeing "This product has been deleted in Shopify" and "You need to map products" it means that the product the customer purchased is not synced to DSers. You will need to map the product that was purchased, to one of your products in DSers. This help guide from DSers might help.

 

If this doesn't help, I recommend reaching out to their support team for assistance. Their app is a third party app, thus they will be able to answer your questions directly.
