Dropshipping is a business model that lets you sell products by using a supplier.
I am new to the drop shipping business and I have an order that the dropshipper won’t fulfill, how can I reroute the order to a different supplier on Shopify?
Hey, @Greeneyedesigns
In this special case I would recommend manually fulfilling the order on your end as there wouldn't be a seamless way to move the order to a different supplier anyways. If you have a product that is available through a different supplier (let's say you are using AliExpress) you could manually place the order on the website. Once you do that, you can manually mark the order as fulfilled in Shopify and provide the shipping tracking details in the Shopify order when they are made available to you.
If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know.
