When should I make payment to Oberlo after a sale?

Hello, I just made a sale through my shopify store and I'm confused as to when do I pay Oberlo? the product sale amount was 71 + 32 for shipping so 103 total minus the shopify fee the total came out to $99....that's the amount that's in my shopify balance....when do I pay for the product and the shipping? I'm so confused

I guess the payment gateway deducted their commission.
