Got this from the google merchant center, have no idea what's causing it as the policy is visible on all pages and is the same for everyone. I wish they would elaborate more on these things... anyone have an idea of what could be the issue

Your returns policy is not clear. You need to explain the whole process with a business address / email.
At the moment you just say contact us, but no contact details on the page.
The key of trust, is to avoid clients to run around and click around to find what they need.
Instead you need to make it as simple as possible.
