I am an SEO professional first and foremost and I am learning Shopify as I go.
A common technique for enhanced rankings in the scaffolding technique.
Example:
I want to rank for the term: "Garden Tools". In a perfect world, I would put my flagship piece of content with the URL containing "garden tools"
Easy enough. But then all the conten related to garden tools would be stacked as urls within the hieracrchy likes these examples:
- mygardeningsite.com/gardening-tools/rakes
- mygardeningsite.com/gardening-tools/shovels
- mygardeningsite.com/gardening-tools/gardening-gloves
- etc etc I think you get the idea
Does anyone have a way to easily migrate existing content to custom URL's that are structured like so?
If so, please let me know
