CONNECTED FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM

I have a question in regards to my business Facebook and instagram pages. I'm having difficulties connecting the 2 and keep getting an error to say that I'm not the main admin or that the page is connected to another account. I would like to run ads on Facebook to lead to my website but I can't do that without connecting the 2. Here is the error I keep getting when I try to finalse the ad on Facebook, I have looked everywhere and cant seem to find answers anywhere. Any help would be highly appreciated.
