Custom Product page canonical links to 3rd party website

Hello,

I am a bit new to the concept of canonical links but I have a requirement from one of our suppliers that I must link my product page directly back to the corresponding product page on their website, the reason being that much of the text is the same on both pages. For example, this page: http://measureit.no/collections/remote-relay-control/products/control-by-web-webrelay-quad-4-relay-m... needs to be canonically linked back to this page: http://www.controlbyweb.com/webrelay-quad/, and so on for the other individual pages I have for their products.

Can anybody advise me on how to do this?
