Email marketing app when coming from Magento & Mailchimp

Hi everyone,

I'm new to Shopify and I'm looking for an integrated email solution. I used to rely on Mailchimp for my Magento store but I see that Mailchimp is not available on the Shopify appstore.

I want something simple rather than complex because I'm working with freelancers and don't want them to spend time ramping up on the tool.

Do you guys have a recommandation? I know Klaviyo, Omnisend, but really willing to know about the main difference. It's still very vague to me.

PS: If you also know about a good SMS app for Europe, I'm down 🙂

Hey Marie,

I use Aweber and I like it a lot. It should integrate with your Shopify account no problem

For me, it's a pretty simple dashboard and they also have a free email opt-in box that you can put directly onto your site

They also have a 30 day free trial

The first few days though my account was 'under review'. Not sure if that's typical but just a heads up if you go with them and the emails aren't sending the first couple days

The app can send the following notifications by SMS and WhatsApp.

1. Order Confirmation = When Customer places an order
2. Shipment Confirmation = When you generate the shipment
3. Shipment Out for delivery = When Shipment is out for delivery
4. Shipment delivered = When Shipment is delivered
5. Order Refund = When Admin Refunds to Customer
6. Abandoned Cart = When Customer Leaves the Shop without Purchase
7. Review Request = Ask For Product Review to Customer
