GTM tags is not Firing On "Checkout Page"

Hi All,

I've installed GTM in my Shopify website https://myecoganesha.com/

But except checkout page, it's working fine on Home Page, Collection Page & Products page.

On "Checkout Page" I checked GTM tag script through Tag Assistant (Chrome Extension) by Google, there is no issue But tag is not firing on "Checkout page".

I connected with Shopify support team, they are saying "our feature is for Shopify Plus we would have no documentation on how to do it."

Please help to fix this issue for "Non-Shopify plus"

thanks for the reply.

I read that article which you have shared with me. 

But that steps will only address the store in general – not the checkout page.

For the checkout, they are suggesting to purchase "Shopify Plus" plan. But its too expensive.

Is there any other solutions?

Checkout page can not be edited with simple plan. So Shopify plus is the solution 😞

I'm using shopify app "Elevar" wich basically eases the use of GTM, and I have the same problem. 

What is annoying is that the need of shopify plus (2000 €/ month) for a complete solution is not clear from the start, and you are stuck mid way
