Hi @HappiestTrip, thank you for your question. The color palette of the store looks great, simple and neat. Here are some of our suggestions you can consider:
1. No CTA button on header image
This is where you can place a button to all of your service packages (Shop All, View All, etc). Also, the structure kinda lacks a few sections. You can refer to this post to understand how you can give your website a more lively and reliable feel.
2. Testimonials lack rating stars
It'd be great if you could start collecting reviews from previous buyers (we assume you already had sales somewhere outside Shopify so it's a great thing to start with Testimonial sections) in which you could give them options to rate your service. Then, you can display rating stars along with reviews.
3. For a travel service website, blog posts are necessary
Since you're selling this type of service/products, it's highly recommended that you should build an SEO strategy to get more high-quality traffic to your website.
Hope this helps!

Hi @HappiestTrip,
You've done a great job with your website! What a great idea, and what wonderful trips you have to offer!
My main question relates to your content and marketing - how are you spreading the word? How are you popularising the activities themselves and trying to generate as much interest in them?
I cannot see any evidence of blogs or videos on your store, which are important parts of a content strategy that every store needs.
What's great is that you can tailor your offerings for quite a few different customer groups! Stag-dos and hen parties for cruises, children's birthday parties or Christmas parties at indoor playgrounds, family tours, and nature-lover adventures to wildlife parks!
So why not create customer avatars for each cohort so you have a clear picture of the type of people you're trying to sell to, and then create tailored content that speaks to each group at their level and on their channel.
More significantly: try to use more images! Customers want to see where they're going. Paint a picture in their minds. There are hardly any images on your product pages for example. In fact, you could try embedding your Instagram feed into your store using an app like Instafeed!
Be sure to include information on any refund policies you may have to reassure customers that you have their best interests at heart. You can encourage customers to buy from you if they know what the refund options are, so add store policies to your store.
Also, what about a loyalty program? Encourage customers to keep returning and to bring family and friends with them! You could do that by providing discount codes to customers, or by using a dedicated app like Smile: Rewards & Loyalty.
Those are just a few of my suggestions, please let me know if you have any questions!

Hi!
Congratulations on your store! Thank you for leaving the store URL so we can check it out and give out some suggestions.
Your website is overall pretty professional and easy to navigate. I love how you put your customer’s review at the bottom of the page. It is a really good technique to attract and keep your customers on the site and increase the trust between you and your customers. I would suggest adding more video content to your website, especially for a travel service website like yours. Adding more video content under each travel plan, you offer on your website provides a more personable way to engage with your customers and increase their understanding of your product.
Another thing I would like to suggest is to put the “about us” section on the landing page. Landing pages increase traffic conversion since they concentrate on a single objective or call to action by giving details about a certain deal or product. A brief introduction about your brand on the landing page adds confidence in customers toward your products. The “about us” content has to be motivating enough for your customers to take action.
The last thing I would like to suggest is to start working on optimizing your images. Your Shopify website will probably load slowly if your images are huge and poorly optimized. This can make it more difficult for you to encourage customers to browse your business, negatively impacting your conversion rates.
