How do I sort by customer tags. I'm trying to sort our wholesale customers by profession to individualize our marketing campaigns.

For new customers you'll want to add custom fields to the registration form to tag your customers, search for 'custom registration form / fields' apps that include the tagging feature

Existing customers can probably be updated in bulk with a spreadsheet file from the customers dashboard in the Shopify admin, so I'd ask Shopify directly
