How do I link Facebook to my eCommerce account using a CSV file?

hey i was wondering for some advice on how to get facebook to link to my shopify account? 

we are using the manual upload option for the csv file its seeing the file but we need to know what titles its looking for to gather its integrated data can you tell us what colums its looking at and what titles for the colums so we can adapt the csv file accdordingly

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with setting up the Facebook Channel, to get this resolved. The Facebook channel allows you to sync products to a catalog on Facebook and Instagram, so you can sell both on Facebook Shop and Instagram Shopping. The Facebook channel can also be used to create marketing activities directly from Shopify. I recommend checking out our Facebook Guide Documentation for more information on getting started. 

It outlines however, the following requirements need to be met in order to install this channel to the shop: 

• To install the Facebook channel you need to have a Facebook account and an online store. 
• Set up a Facebook Business Manager and your business's Facebook page. The Facebook page needs to be Published.
• Every Facebook business page can be owned only by a single Facebook Business Manager but you can be an admin on multiple Facebook pages, and access them all using a single Facebook Business Manager. You need to be the admin of both the Facebook Business Manager that owns a specific Facebook page and the Facebook page itself to connect a business with the Facebook channel in Shopify.
• If you've never run ads with your personal ad account, then you need to Create a New Ad Account Inside Business Manager before you can create Facebook ad campaigns.

Once those requirements have been met, you can begin setting up the Facebook Channel. This can be completed by:

• From your Shopify admin, click + next to SALES CHANNELS.
• Click + next to Facebook, and then click Update sales channel to install the Facebook channel.
• Click Start set up on the feature that you want to install first.
• Click Connect account.
• Sign in to your Facebook account.
• Connect the Facebook assets that are required to set up the features that you want.
• Accept the terms and conditions.
• Click Finish setup.

This will provide you with a Product CSV Template to follow, where products can be imported to the shop with ease.
