How to do the API Content for Google Merchant Centre Product Feeds?

For google shopping ad, we need to list our products.  

On the products' Feeds, it shows that the pricemary feeds,  Feed name: Content API.   Feed type Online Products, Input method Content API.

How can shopify do the Content API for my google merchant centre? 

Now my products in the merchant centre are still pending.

Can you please help?
