How to increase sales on my denim company website ?

Hello everyone,

New to the forums and weren't sure were to go!

We sell everything related to denim; jeans, jackets, skirts, pullons etc. I have made ads on instagrams/facebook too increase our sales but the conversion wasen't worth what I paid.  

What would you do to cause more traffic and convert it into sales ?

Love the site. Here's a couple of suggestions:

• Reorder your social links. Make it FB, Insta, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and Tumblr. Remove Google+. Also your Twitter link is broken
• Center your menu so it aligns with your logo
• The photos for each item are pretty blurry. Talk to your photographer about using higher quality images. Example: https://www.shopcarrelijeans.com/collections/sarah-1/products/sarah-straight-4

For your advertising efforts, you should take advantage of the Shopify App Store. It takes a lot of time and effort to target the right audience and it's hard to find the right audience manually. There are apps like Pollen (https://apps.shopify.com/poln) that handle the heavy lifting for you in regards to targeting and budgeting so that your money doesn't feel "wasted."

I like your page and I think there is almost nothing missing - I would just add a small description of your shop to your homepage, just so the visitors know what your shop is about and what everything you sell.

I would also remove some product from your homepage because I think that there are quite a lot of them and it can make the visitor confused and she needs to divide the attention too many subjects, I would keep it more simple maybe - but that is just my personal opinion.

And when it comes to making more sales, I think that once you raise the traffic to your shop, you can try to use our retargeting ROI Hunter Easy app, which brings back the visitors of your shop, who didn´t finish the purchase and didn´t buy anything, but were checking your products - the app generates customized ads with those products. Not sure whether you're still monitoring this but I'll give it a shot anyhow.

Thought your site looks good. 

Think that advertising on facebook can be a bit misleading, you target the right demographic, age, city etc, get visitors and yet they don't buy.

Is there a problem with ad?

Is there a problem with targeting?

Is there a problem with the site?

The truth is, a lot of people are on facebook, they're walking down the road, in a cafe or bar, see an ad, think, that looks quite cool, I'll have a look. It's on the spur of the moment. 

I did see the big email pop up, they don't work as wellas they used to as you've got to put in an email address which takes time and effort, especially if you're mobile.

Facebook messenger marketing makes it a lot easier as a single tick, gets them to subscrber status and allows you to send messages via messenger.

You have 900+ likes on facebook, converting them to subscribers would be a good place to start as well, that way, new posts can be delivered.
