Instagram Ads blocked!

Instagram has been glitching, my most recent 2 ads were not approved (all within standards/guidelines) and now the have suspended my account from advertising with no reason.  The appeal and review links do nothing, nobody replies.  This all happened right after I connected Shopify to my Instagram account, no issues prior to that.  Has this happened to anyone else and if so were you able to correct it?
