Is the Google $500 discount a scam?

I reached the Google shopping campaign $500 spend one week ago, but haven't received any discount from then. Then I try to contact Google I see the same reply, but they don't give me any discount.

Double check you did not already receive it https://ads.google.com/aw/billing/promotions

 

Go to Google Ads > tools and settings > underneath billing click on summary > promotions

 

Also note that if you have ever had a previous Google Ads account, promotions are not availalbe.

As they only apply to new users.

I have checked it everywhere and tried to contact support 4 times, but they
don't give any answers, as you can see from my print screen.

If you didn't receive your promotions, then the following might be a reason. I am only providing this info, as a reference, I am not saying this applies to you.

 

For example, you have created multiple Google Ads accounts, or have in the past already created an account, then the promotion is not applied.

 

For example, if you are not a new Google Ads users, only within 14 days of creating an account, is the promotion eligable.

 

For example, you have not reached the minimum ad spend to receive the promotion.

 

I recommend you re-read the promotion conditions, as there are a lot of conditions this applies to.

 

With regards to @Pandacuadscom this person is just posting for the purpose of posting, and not providing helpful advice, or original content, and just repeats what was already said, the person has been replying to a lot of threads I reply to, but no other threads. So not sure what the purpose of this user is.

Read the transcript and you will understand that all the info was read and
discussed many times.

We have spent more than two weeks trying to figure this out with Google
support, but all that they did is a $100 discount instead of $500.
