If there was one suggestion I'd like to make, it would be to possibly look at moving your FAQ page to the top menu! This is very beneficial for your customers and will aid in the decision process to check out especially if they are able to find this page with ease. If customers have all their questions answered in one place, without having to send a contact form and await an answer, there is a high chance of a sale being completed in that session!
