Partner intergration or Tag Manager , which way is the best?

Hi Guys

Setting up Facebook pixel to one of my clients, i can go with many ways but choose Partner Integration and Tag Manager (Also as a partner). Which method is the best way to setup FB Pixel as per your experience? What one gives more performance/data/accuracy etc?
