Search Engines are ranking an automatically created query page and I can't optimize it.

Hey gang.

I am such a loss here. I've been doing SEO for 7 years but this is an issue I don't know how to tackle and neither do my SEO buds.

Here's the situation,

Shopify has automatically made this query page an actual page and it's ranking on page two for a really big KW for us. The problem is this page is not able to be edited. Not the title, not the meta description, nothing. Because the page really shouldn't even exist. And when I try to redirect it to the actual page that can be optimized, it doesn't work.

How to get rid of this page or actually make the redirect work? Has anyone run into this problem?
